If you have the time, I suggest doing some research on the many available open source static site generators. One might meet your needs. If not quite, well, that's the beauty of open source ... you can modify or get someone to modify it.

If not, find some friendly teenage techie with free time on their hands, get them to do it for you, and pay them some amount for it.

If I was a teenager I would take up the job :)
