could you please elaborate on what the actual realworld problems are with "slow performance", if my customer is in Germany, but the transmission of email happens from Newfoundland, Canada, is it really that terrible that it takes 100ms more to send the mail? do people notice?

a far far bigger impact is if mails arent transmitted immediately, but every 1, 5 or 10 minutes.

Am I missing something here, or is this just marketing for the sake of marketing?
