Still Love Telnet
It is deprecated is the sense that you can't even login using telnet. Try `luit -encoding big5 telnet ptt.cc`, and it will tell you to switch to websocket or ssh in Chinese.

Disabling login is not deprecation. It's outright discontinuance.
