I wish I could downvote this. Nobody is threatening a $3.3B fine. It’s just the max fine Tesla could receive for anything under GDPR, and the “journalist” who wrote this piece threw the number out there to create a click bait article

The title says 'could'.

I believe that journalists have an ethical obligation to write headlines that are not only technically correct, but won't be misunderstood by most of their readers.

Isn't it the other way around?
