If it's always on display then it's more than likely a later reproduction rather than an original impression, as original impressions need to be stored away for long periods of time to minimise fading. It's in a (very well protected) set of art drawers in the children's section just left of the lobby when you come up to the gallery floor in the elevator.
“Stored away for long periods of time to minimise fading” is such a polite way of saying “so that future generations have a chance of seeing it, _you_ aren’t able to see it today”.
