Can anyone suggest Wistia alternatives that they have had success with?

While we have no objections to Wistia raising their prices over time, when we originally signed up many many years ago, there was no charge on a per video uploaded basis. Now, they are requiring $0.25 per month per video, i.e., $6 per year per video. We hosted lots of videos (usually short, low views). Because of this, the charges for us get very expensive especially relatively to how often they are viewed.

We've tried to speak with Wistia but no real progress. They do clearly have us at a disadvantage because we would have to move videos out but we are reaching the point that it makes more strategic and financial sense to do that rather than pay Wistia so much more money.
