This is needlessly inflammatory - characterizing Python programmers as lazy, stupid, or "not real programmers" has no place here. Many (very successful) businesses have been built using Python and, while they could have been written in other languages, there are always tradeoffs (developer experience, memory safety, package ecosystem, etc).
