Could we just not please? Both sides should have better things to do.

I hope the general is wrong. I don't see a US war with China ending well. They're a large trading partner of the US, and with nuclear subs and nuclear ICBMs, this would be the first war in many generations with direct impact on US soil.

I imagine the US/China conflict would start in direct response to China taking over Taiwan. Does anyone have any thoughts on what a Chinese takeover of Taiwan would look like (if the US didn't respond/intervene)?

Also an AI and large scale drone war. Undoubtedly a catastrophe even without a nuclear war that destroys the planet.
