the just dev has questionable privacy view, used to copy all Justfiles on github

The issue appears to be that if you make a public Github repo, his bot will crawl it and add it to a repository of Justfiles for him to check against? That really isn't a privacy view in my mind. As soon as you add something to a public Github repo it is instantly indexed and made available on a bunch of (shady and legit) Github mirrors.
