If I interpreted "man-child" correctly it is meant as an insult towards a person behaving immaturely, like a "child". Not quite sure how this relates to the "toys" in the background of his posted image.
Though personally insulting Elon Musk is not really productivie criticism anyway. Neither is insulting the author of the post.

I'm responding to a criticism made in a trending article. If it's ok to post it's ok to challenge, and it's certainly productive criticism because it helps paint a more complete picture of the author, whose credibility we're being asked to accept.
