I'm afraid dang is setting the rules. whoishiring is a bot - in fact the only one that's allowed on HN.

That account is a system account, not a random person. Likely controlled solely by dang himself.

if everyone else will employ the same "unconventional ways" to search for jobs, these whoshiring threads will become useless. Let's all follow the rules.
