Those aren't everything apps, those are everything platforms. You can barely do anything (other than browsing the web) with Windows alone, with no apps installed.

You can't really do anything on WeChat either without connecting to other services - exactly what the web browser is bundled for.

Lots of people use it just for messaging (maybe not now since everyone NEED it for covid related mini-apps to enter places), but I get your point
