Retro personal computer ads from the 1980s
It's DecisionMaster (not Maker). Intrepid Systems published updates until at least the early 2000s. Here's an example of its use from 1996.

Right. Pretty sure I searched for the right name. Interesting that they kept it up for over twenty years, I figured this was a piece of software lost to time.
