There's a few of these floating around Twitter. Twitter bots break over time. Maybe the creator of that account fell ill or something. You really don't know what happens behind the scenes of these things.
I created a few bots using IFTTT and had to retire them because I was getting angry emails by people who ran the sites I was posting, asking 'Why is our link in this account?' or 'Why did you tweet about this?' (since it was unofficial and not posted by them, they wanted to be the ones who first posted it)
