I am skeptical of such events in wartime. Not that they didn't occur but that proper attribution was performed. Is there any mention of attribution through DNA evidence to RU soldiers? I ask because it is not uncommon for small fringe groups or hired mercenaries to create false flags acting as agent provocateurs wearing the uniforms of the enemy of their enemy to provoke escalation. Have the opposing forces been gathering and cataloging DNA from deceased soldiers and mercenaries? My limited understanding of the situation is that Russia are making little effort to retrieve the deceased. That should allow for a significant amount of DNA evidence.
In full disclosure, my hidden agenda for asking this question is that I wish to avoid nuclear escalation. Any time children are being harmed it evokes intense emotions as it should so I am asking if we know all the facts. If the evidence is classified per standard operating procedure then please invoke the process to declassify and read us in.
