What a load of crap. Ideas aren't better because they are expressed by xx or xy, ideas are better than others because they factually are. If some men think a woman has better ideas than theirs and start thinking all women are better then men, well I can unambiguously say that these men are dumb. The inverse is also true. Making generalization is generally a mistake. Every one and every thing is usually a part of a statistical population. Some men are better than most other men and women and some women are better than most men and other women. Everything and everyone has to be observed and evaluated for what they bring to the table, not what they are at the table.
"...why do I get the feeling that you were able to create this because you’re a woman? I’ve shown this to many men and none of them thought of anything even remotely similar to this."
The answer to that question is "overfitting and hypercorrection for internalized sexism."
