It's definitely tougher. Seed investors expect a business plan on the next 18 months, so imagine the low level of uncertainty / ambiguity they are ready to deal with...

One could say that giving somebody money without a detailed plan is completely bonkers. US has quite a unique perspective on financial risk-taking.
