What's your exercise regimen look like?



Right now I'm doing 30-40+ miles of running a week. It's on concrete and asphalt with extremely high humidity and I'm still attempting to adapt. Will be starting a strength training program soon because I'm kind of destroying my body.

In the past I've done a mix of treadmill and outdoors. I would like to get back to using a treadmill but don't have access to one right now.
