And yet there is nowhere around the site explaining how creators can claim that "revenue".

I was thinking the same thing. I don't see how paying creators directly disincentivizes SEO spam.

We start from the hard problem - search itself. When we are happy with a search results we will add ads and revenue share. There is no revenue to share at the moment.
