But it isn't fair. It's obscenely unfair. Had I known I could have gone to an expensive, elite, University at your expense, I might not have commuted by public bus to a community college for the first two years to save money, and then worked full time while completing the next two years at an inexpensive local college.


But could you? They don't admit just anybody. Many such students are admitted with scholarships.

Life is unfair, and that's sad. Still working hard to get somewhere has its benefits regardless of how it got paid for.


Life is unfair. But forcing me to work harder to pay for someone's 4-year country-club undergraduate experience is more than unfair. It's obscene.


Wait 'til you find out how much money you have to pay for someone's 4-year stay in prison!
