Thank you Putin for helping us to move away from fossil fuels.



Nuclear power can be considered a fossil fuel, as it relies on non-renewable metals for fusion.


The term "fossil fuel" is not (and never has been) a synonym for "non-renewable".

Nuclear power is non-renewable, but it is not a fossil fuel.


1. A fossil fuel is a hydrocarbon-containing material. The fuel used for nuclear doesn't fit that description.

2. We're talking about fission, not fusion

3. We have enough of these non-renewable metals for a very long time.


Solar power is also non-renewable since the sun will run out in 5 billion years.
