For sync you can just leverage iCloud, for editing two macOS/iPadOS apps come to mind:

Of course both don't have every Lightroom feature, but that might be a boon to many like me.

Do the edits sync? Like I can start editing a picture on my iPhone, continue tweaking it on my iPad, then do final edits on my Mac, all using iCloud? Super cool if so
