The correlation held for 10,000 to 17,000 as well as 0 to 10,000 steps. Are people doing 10,000 steps/day “barely able to walk”?

Yeah I think there’s a difference in cardio fitness between people who do 10000 and 17000. Less fitness makes the latter more difficult.
