You’re gatekeeping. Learning is possible for anyone with adequate access to information and support from experts. Be the expert that teaches. Do not be the expert that obfuscates information in order to protect their ego.

If you feel something is too complex to teach then do not teach that thing. Learn that thing better from experts who have simplified that complexity into an elegant framework. Then teach that thing.
