I find it's easier to do performative work in the office.

Having face time with people can be a really good way to imbue the feeling that you're working.

"I saw that person working, therefore they weren't slacking off"

Whereas at home, maybe it's easier to trick an inattentive manager, but you have to let your work represent you even more.




Just schedule lots of emails and Slack messages.
