What actually happened was there was too much work, he asked his manager to give his team more people but they refused, and finally agreed to send someone at the end of the day. The next day the guy felt pain in the chest, could hardly walk, but the manager said he has to walk to the paramedic on his own (wtf?). So he lost consciousness while trying and never managed to regain it. Sick company, sick management.
