this is why everytime i post here on HN that i want to make my toolset smaller, and i’m not interested in learning more tools. i catch a lot of flak, but i’ve been in this boat now for more than 15 years and I can say that if you need to manage everything with 1 or 2 people, you need to approach this differently than what a normal startup does especially if you are not able to raise funding.
