Where does it put the output? A ton of CO2 will produce more than a ton of product. To be useful, the system needs to remove billions of tons of CO2 from the atmosphere EVERY YEAR.

So...where do those billions of tons of product go?

NOTE: Billions of tons of product produce a huge mountain EVERY YEAR. This reminds me of the people who once thought that the sea was a limitless dumping ground for all their shit. How do people think about that idea now?


Unless we can suck it up an order of magnitude faster than we emitted it this past quarter-century, I’m not seeing carbon recapture as a practical solution.
