My concern is that pull requests are mutable, and the thread and code can be edited, deleted by the author or repo owner, or even disappeared entirely if the author gets banned by GitHub (like github.com/volth, whose account got shadowbanned since it changed from a real person to a bot account used by archive.is to scrape GitHub).
