So glad that Hacker News is on the list. I thought I was the only one who thought that comments are unreadable.

You're not. I confess I made a Safari extension just to be able to read those comments that are greyed-out cos they're not interesting enough (and it was a nice test case to start with).

I always thought the Hacker News ones were low contrast by design. Bad comments progressively get more difficult to read by design.
The deadline for YC's W25 batch is 8pm PT tonight. Go for it!
