People hate change and reality is that Windows is at the core of every casual's experience. Devs will bitch and complain amd threaten to switch to Linux but reality is that your already switched or won't. I've been developing using Windows for over 10 years and wouldn't switch for the world. In my latest gig I ssh into linux dev machine through VSCode and this is the best setup possible
