Not sure why I'm always hoping that they'd depart from the dependency on the past Windows architectures and produced a modern operating system. It's not that they don't know how, their labs had some very interesting concepts over the years.
Yes, and it appears that they are trying to do this by moving to "Windows Drivers" and other technologies before they are ready to containerize/sandbox everything.
