My small team uses and loves Mattermost. It's a great FOSS project.

And, direct access to the PG database has been awesome for integrations. (Watch out tho, seems to be missing a bunch of FKs (that I think should be there))

Well, users aren't FKd to their messages for one.

And basically every table with a user_id column.

My install created none.
