I get that new software releases are exciting, but point releases like this without a changelog indicating any major changes seem pointless (no pun intended) to post here.

Changelogs for different components are linked, titled "release notes" instead. However, the ones for 12.0.1 seem not to have been updated for this release and are the same as for 12.0.0.
