The authors appear to make some valid arguments.

However, there is an argument for vaccinating children that I have never heard. It is simply the standard epidemiological argument that it will reduce the fraction of the population that is susceptible to virus and thereby reduce its spread through the entire population. This will be beneficiary to the population as a whole.
