The interviewee's saying "Belgrade is not that insecure we don't need it", the police is saying "there's no facial rec", and the other guy responds "we don't know how the police uses it, who has access, it's concerning"... the rest is just RT style titles. 1.30 min done.
The "backlash" is a document by guys whose NGOs are financed by the same "alphabet soup" institutions as the radio interviewing the first guy.
C'mon man... It's a little bit weak. I mean, all of the big and most of medium cities in Europe have such systems and it's not a problem. Certainly not "the sum of all fears" as the doc equates it with nukes...
I'd rewrite the title to : "US video-surveillance companies lost contract to a cheaper Chinese supplier. They are now flexing their soft power network to shame the buyer."
