Seriously, though, you're making an excellent point that I hadn't considered. Healthcare has a lot of "interesting" incentive structures and are baked-in constraints that would prevent even a perfect solution from being widely deployed.

It's not the same as geology, for sure, even though there are some parallels in terms in of image interpretation.
