The firing seems appropriate.


Watch the video. It's clearly a joke, and fairly well done considering the medium. If I ran Ross I'd would've moved the guy to the social media team rather than fire him. I've seen super bowl commercials that were much less entertaining then what he put together.


Yeah. I've worked retail. Day one: "Never touch a customer. If they're stealing a big screen tv, let 'em walk, see where they go, report. Never touch a customer."
