South Korea's Communications Service Act Article 50 forbids communications service providers, such as YouTube, from refusing to refund remaining subscription, so Google "voluntarily" corrected this. Strangely, as far as I know this is not available outside South Korea. Why Google? You voluntarily corrected this.
