My old-aunt had this. She would have small ones a lot even with blood thinners.

If I miss 1 days doses I start getting visual artifacts. Recovery is about a day.

2-3 days and I start to lose feeling one side and can no longer write. Recovery is usually 1-6 weeks.

I had more leeway before catching covid.

Older ones had higher chance of not being effective.
