Otherwise, you aren’t going to be able to address anybody else’s needs.
I really like this. As always, the devil is in the boundaries (masseuses at work and limos to/from work are not "needs") but the basic principle is right: if the employee isn't in good shape, they can't serve the customer, which is how they serve the business.
