Looks interesting. Some scale reference in the pictures would be helpful. Either this person has a pretty small wrist, or the watch is quite large:

He 100% has a small wrist. I own the dev kit and it's smaller than many smartwatch on the market.

Small wrist, I have a pinetime, it is a pretty comfortable size.
