I was wondering the same thing and under "Is it ready yet?" it states:

Yet there is no link here nor further in the document.

I really appeeciate everything about LibreOffice especially the way it handles CSV files . Excel tries to re-format fields it has no business reformatting.

Good luck to them! Can't wait for something to go against Office Online. Especially FOSS.
