I sympathize with what you have written here, but it seems problematic to me.
Here is a thought experiment. Or maybe that is making too much of it -- it is a mere question: Would you kick someone off for expressing a thought which the Supreme Court would allow that person to host on his or her own website? If you answer yes to that, my presumptive assessment is that you are not really committed to free speech. And hence, perhaps, "nearly free speech".
