I don't want to be educated to use something and I'm a developer for 20+ years.

I wouldn't consider to use any services unless anyone (as in company staff) wouldn't be bothered to use it.

I can't really recommend Bitwarden Send when pasting files in a self hosted Mattermost chat room would suffice for internal use.
