Don't leave during a pandemic then? When healthcare resources are stretched thin all around the world who is going to be able to take care of a sick foreigner or get them back to their country without endangering others?

If the world had enough N95 masks and everyone wore them this would be over, but instead we are wearing bandanas and pulling t- shirts up over our noses.

Have they promised this will go away after the pandemic is over?

What criteria determines when it’s over?

Is an available vaccine for the vulnerable not enough?

When you are vaccinated it is over for you. When everyone who wants to be vaccinated is vaccinated then it should be over for everyone. I would say the vaccine currently exists but is not widely available. I know vulnerable people with a lot of living left to do that can't wait to get out of the house.

It will be everyone's responsibility to ensure unnecessary restrictions are lifted.
