I don't mean dark exploits of course like taking down a banks' server.


Here is a loophole that property developers use.

Let's say you're building a new subdivision called Rosewood.

Create a new company for the project, e.g. the Rosewood Development Company and dissolve it after the project is complete.

This deters or possibly prevents your company from being liable for construction defects.


You can start your own company just by filling out some forms.

You can write software just by pressing keys on your laptop.

You can figure out what software people would pay for just by talking to them.

You can make billions of dollars this way. Unprecedented in history.
