It's official. Elon Musk is now a resident of Austin, Texas. And he's got a message for California.
"If a team has been winning too long, they do tend to get a little complacent, a little entitled, and then they don't win the championship anymore," Tesla's CEO said Tuesday during a live video interview with The Wall Street Journal. "California has been winning for a long time and I think they're taking it for granted a little bit."
