Vertafore is not the only company in Texas with this data. Other large Texas companies have it and it’s stored in the clear. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.



You could always anonymously alert interested parties.


What parties? For what? Having personally identifiable data stored in plain text and searchable is completely legal in Texas.
