Very interesting material for the bit that I read, but I think I got tired of the Twitter interface of it. Had it been a blog post I would have kept reading. I don't use Twitter much so was surprised I reacted that way to it.


Real reason: Tesla uses single low resolution low refresh rate non color camera (or three center mounted ones in never hardware). They dont even do parallax, thus cant spot stationary obstacles.


Good thread! Note that the crash occurred in 2018. But as we see more self driving cars hit the road, the accountability situation is certainly something to be concerned with.
